A Partnership Driven by Shared Values
The founders first connected through shared values of integrity, hard work, and a genuine desire to support others. Each bringing unique strengths in finance, wellness, quality assurance, and military service, they combined their skills to create a place where transparency, compassion, and excellence are woven into every service.
This connection grew into a partnership based on the goal of building a meaningful health and wellness resource for the entire New Orleans community. By removing insurance restraints, patients benefit from extended time with providers to thoroughly address concerns.

Medical Director
Dr. Rashid is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive experience in emergency departments, hospital systems, and telemedicine settings. Known for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care, he brings strong clinical judgment and a safety-first approach to medical leadership. As Medical Director, Dr. Rashid ensures all services are delivered safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with applicable medical standards.

Physician
Dr. Arora brings extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, and telemedicine settings. His expertise spans ED treatment, medical weight loss, and general wellness. He holds active membership in the American Academy of Family Physicians.

As clinical director and co-founder, Sonny specializes in results-driven care for ED and weight loss. A lifelong New Orleans resident and father of three, he creates welcoming treatment environments with personalized care plans.
