Aspire ED clinic entrance on N Causeway Blvd, Metairie

Every week, men from Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula, and Diamondhead drive to Metairie for ED treatment. Some want an in-person visit with a licensed provider instead of an online questionnaire. Others simply prefer to be seen privately, away from home. Whatever the reason, the drive is straightforward. This guide covers drive times, the route, and how to make one trip count.

The route: I-10 West, no tolls

From anywhere on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, take I-10 West into Louisiana. Continue through Slidell and across the Twin Span bridge into New Orleans East, then follow I-10 to the Causeway Blvd exit in Metairie. The clinic is at 3445 N Causeway Blvd, Suite 900, on the 9th floor, with free on-site parking. There are no tolls on this route, and you stay in the Central time zone the whole way.

How to make one trip count

  • Call ahead. Call (504) 717-7775 or text (504) 788-1212 before you book, so we can plan your visit around the drive.
  • Book a late-morning or early-afternoon slot. I-10 through New Orleans is busiest during the morning and evening rush, so a mid-day appointment usually means an easier drive both ways.
  • Mind Friday hours. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Evenings and Saturdays are available by request.

Your first visit is free and private. Tell us what’s going on: book online, call (504) 717-7775, or text (504) 788-1212.

What to bring

  • A list of your current medications and doses, including supplements
  • Any recent lab results, if you have them
  • A photo ID
  • Your questions, written down so nothing gets missed

What happens at your first visit

Your first visit is an in-person consultation with a licensed provider, who reviews your health history and explains which options fit you: ED medication, ED injections, or Soundwave Therapy. The visit is free, including any in-office ED treatment dose your provider recommends, and if we can’t help you at your first visit, it doesn’t cost you a dime. See what to expect at your first visit and how the treatments compare.

Your provider will also explain what follow-up looks like for your plan, so you can schedule it around the drive.
