Your first visit
Your first ED visit at Aspire: What to expect
Plenty of men put off booking because they don’t know what the appointment involves. Your first visit is a free, private, one-to-one consultation and exam with a licensed provider, usually 30–45 minutes, at our Metairie clinic, and nothing happens without your agreement.

ED looks different for every man. Your plan should too. Aspire builds a plan for your unique ED, with results at your first visit, guaranteed, or it doesn’t cost a dime. That’s what you won’t get with generic pills bought online or sold at other clinics.
When you call, a provider answers. Your free 15-minute phone consultation is private and judgment-free, with no obligation. Tell us what’s going on, in your own words.
★★★★★ “The whole process was super easy and discreet… The provider was friendly, easy to talk to, and actually listened.” Ryan S., Google review

That’s all there is to it. Your first visit is free and private. Tell us what’s going on.
Private and confidential
Your consultation, records, and conversations are handled under HIPAA, and the visit is private and one-to-one with your provider. In-clinic evaluations and treatment visits take place at our clinic at 3445 N Causeway Blvd, Suite 900, in Metairie. You can start with a free phone consultation.

After your first visit
We follow up and adjust the plan as needed. Adjusting the dose, the timing, or the medicine is common, and combining approaches is an option. If you choose ED injections, we teach you the technique in the clinic and you go home with step-by-step videos. If you choose Soundwave Therapy, your provider sets the session schedule with you.
If your evaluation suggests something we don’t treat, such as a problem that needs a urologist or your primary care doctor, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.
First-visit questions
Is the first visit really free?
Yes. Your first visit is free, including your consultation and exam with a licensed provider, usually 30–45 minutes, at our Metairie clinic and any in-office ED treatment dose your provider recommends, whether or not you see results. There is no obligation to start treatment.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online or by phone. If you have recent lab work or a list of your medications, bring it along, but you don’t need anything from another doctor to be seen.
What should I bring?
Bring a list of your current medicines, including anything for your heart or blood pressure, and any recent lab work you have.
Can treatment start at my first visit?
If a treatment suits you and you want to start, some treatments can begin at the same visit. Your first in-office ED treatment dose is free. Before you choose an ongoing treatment plan, we explain its cost and payment terms.
Is my visit confidential?
Yes. Your consultation, records, and conversations are handled under HIPAA, and the visit is private and one-to-one with your provider.
What if I take heart or blood pressure medicine?
Tell your provider about every medicine you take. Some, such as nitrate medicines for chest pain, can’t be combined with ED pills. Your provider checks your blood pressure, asks about your heart health, reviews interactions, and explains which options may be appropriate for you.
